- When activating a new SaskTel wireless phone number, you have 30 days to cancel your service agreement
- If you buy a wireless phone, you have 15 days to return the phone
This means you can cancel your service agreement between 16 and 30 days after buying the phone, but you'll have to pay for phone. The calculation of the amount you must pay is the same as an early device upgrade.
If you cancel your service agreement, you'll have to pay for any services you used (such as voice and data usage).
